In our website, we have identified key areas where SMART solutions fulfill ARRA funding requirements, including the goal of using short-term investments to achieve sustainable, long-term results. We also outlined how SMART solutions help improve teacher effectiveness, enable high-quality assessment and improve learning for all students.
