TRAININGS

• Quick Reference Guides

Quick Reference Guides are simple, visual tools that cover SMART product features in 1-2 pages. Use the straightforward Hands-on Practices to gain practical experience with your SMART Board interactive whiteboard.

• Hands-on Practice

Using a SMART Board interactive whiteboard is as simple as learning to touch, write and save. When you’ve completed this exercise, and many of our hand-on on practice exercises, you’ll be able to orient your SMART Board, use your finger as a mouse, learn how to create a lesson with Notebook software and make a meeting template and interactive diagrams that you can use during presentations. In addition to incorporating Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint like you never could before!

• Online Training

SMART online training sessions are 30- to 45-minute computer and telephone conferences that offer a quick, no-cost overview of the basics of working with SMART products. Each session is led by a SMART trainer who uses SMART products every day. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions.

ON-SITE TRAINING

• Full Day Masters Training: These full-day, in-depth sessions are held at your location and are designed to help you master your SMART products through hands-on practice and discussions about integrating them into your workplace. The session includes discussions on advanced product features.
  

• Half Day Masters Training: Half-day sessions are held at your location and will help you master the fundamentals of your SMART product. By the end of the session, you'll be comfortable using your product and you'll know how to apply it to the work you do.

• Full Day Train-the-Trainer: Train-the-Trainer sessions are full-day sessions held at your location that train up to 10 people. After training, the people will be able to help others within your organization to master the basics of SMART Board interactive whiteboards. Over the course of the day, the group receives training on the features of SMART Board interactive whiteboards, and instruction on how to deliver a basic workshop to others in their organization.
