(a) Presentation Products, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) does not manufacture or control any of the products or services offered through Smartboards.com (our “Site”). The availability of products or services through our Site does not indicate any affiliation with any manufacturer or service provider, or endorsement of any product, service, manufacturer, or service provider. Accordingly, we do not provide any warranties with respect to any products or services offered on our Site. However, the products and services offered on our Site may be covered by an applicable manufacturer’s or service provider’s warranty, if and to the extent expressly provided by that manufacturer or service provider and included with the applicable product or in the applicable service terms. For support related to any warranty for a product or service offered on our Site, please follow the instructions included in the applicable manufacturer’s or service provider’s warranty or service terms.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THOSE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF (A) MERCHANTABILITY, (B) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR (C) NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
(c) YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE BY THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER OR SERVICE PROVIDER, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER’S OR SERVICE PROVIDER’S FAILURE TO HONOR ANY SUCH REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY.
(d) SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS OR REMEDIES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.
